Q: What types of cargo do you accept?

A: We handle RORO cargo such as:

  • New / used vehicles
  • Trucks and heavy machinery
  • Rollable units

Q: What cargo is not accepted?

A: Cargo that cannot be rolled or driven may require special handling.

Q: How many days in advance should I book?

A: You can check space with us immediately which is subject to routing and space situation.

Q: What documents are required?

A: Key documents include:

  • Shipping Instruction (SI)
  • Packing List (PL)
  • Good Control List (GCL)

Q: Can I amend my booking?

A: Yes, amendments are allowed before the cut-off time. Please inform us 3 working days before ETA Laem Chabang.

Q: Can I cancel my booking?

A: We recommend at least 7 working days before ETA Laem Chabang.

Q: Do I need to deliver the cargo to the port myself?

A: You may deliver cargo to Laem Chabang Port or request trucking service.

Q: How can I track my shipment?

A: Please refer to the details of Cargo Tracking at Rich Menu below.

  • A5 terminal is 2818
  • A1 terminal is 2822

A: 5 days before ETB

Q: What date is the document cut off?

A: 3 working days before ETB

Q: Cut off date for delivery cargo to terminal?

A: 1 day before ETB date and time
